We are seeking a dynamic Senior Implementation Manager to join our high-growth team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client success function.

This foundational role will be responsible for successfully building the playbooks and processes for our new value-based EMR product, leading the first several implementations post-product launch in early 2025. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EMR implementations, and experience at 1+ early-stage high-growth health technology start-up (Series A or B) serving value-based care markets.

Our analytics platform synthesizes healthcare data to identify risks, visualize trends, and optimize care for PACE programs. We empower care providers to mitigate high risk events and equip executives with the tools to make informed decisions based on comprehensive clinical and operational data.  

In This Role You Will
  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation playbooks: Create and refine detailed playbooks that guide our clients through the EMR implementation process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for the markets we serve.
  • Lead project plans and governance structures: Create comprehensive project plans and governance frameworks for technical implementations, encompassing technical discovery, EMR-to-EMR data migration, rigorous data quality assurance, front-end feature and workflow configuration, and stakeholder communication to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Create detailed user personas and corresponding workflow maps: Build a comprehensive user training experience and onboarding knowledge base that includes user workflows, click paths, module-specific training guides, and workflow configuration resources. 
  • Establish replicable and dynamic activation and engagement methods, such as super user assignments, train-the-trainer programs, and other user activation tools for the implementation period, and post-implementation ongoing client success. 
  • Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance our implementation processes and tools, ensuring we provide exceptional value to our clients. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and clinical services to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless client experience. 
  • Operate with data and evidence: Leverage data and analytics to track KPIs across the implementation lifecycle. 

Your expertise in EMR implementations, coupled with your ability to build and execute effective strategies, will be instrumental in driving our company's growth. 

Key Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of EMR implementation experience. 
  • Experience working in a high-growth healthcare technology start-up. 
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to EMR systems. 
  • Excellent project management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Must reside in the United States of America.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, computer science, or a related field. 
  • Hands-on experience with provider value-based care workflows (HEDIS/Stars, HCC code capture, managing clinical & cost outcomes, etc.)
  • Experience with dual-eligible populations is a plus.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000
Location: USA-Based Remote
